Merry Christmas!!! It has been a long time since I have updated so there are many photos-from newest to oldest. The photo above is
Kingzlee signing and saying "Please" I hear/see this probably hundreds of times a day as it is her favorite thing to say and most of the time she gets what she wants when she says/signs it!!! Notice the tongue sticking out to pronounce the "s" properly!

Being a goof with Mom's hat

The Curtis family is in town and here is
Kingzlee loving on Kori the first time we saw them! Kori
received a hug from every direction!

On Saturday evening, we went to the
Halsteds for their gumbo feast. They usually have it on Christmas night but it was postponed due to the weather. Here is David making
Kingz giggle!

We spent Saturday afternoon at Justin's parents celebrating Christmas with his parents and Grandparents. We were supposed to do this on Christmas Day but spent most of our day stuck in a snowdrift outside of
Kenesaw (photos and story below). Here is
Kingzlee giving
Baba a huge hug goodbye!

After all of the gifts, the most exciting is still the basket full of cat toys!

Grandma and Grandpa Osborne gave
Kingzlee this piano, after banging on the keys a while, she decided to take a bow!

She is very proud of herself and claps for herself after she finishes a 'song'.

Here is a photo of the snow and drifts outside of our house

We spent Saturday morning in the tractor digging ourselves, our neighbors, and our friend's horse out as well as feeding our animals. Our horses were feeling pretty good that day!

Here is the drift on our neighbors garage and our fence

The snow is bright so little girls must wear their shades while outside in the snow!
Kingzlee's new bike that Santa brought her for Christmas!

We were on
Gothenburg leading up to and on Christmas Eve last week. We headed out to Hastings on Christmas morning not knowing the weather was THAT bad in Hastings! It was fine on the interstate and then we took the Shelton/
Kenesaw exit. The roads were still
ok, until we rounded a curve, had a white out and slammed into a huge snow drift that covered the road! As you can imagine, I was not real happy nor calm about the situation and wanted
Kingzlee out of the vehicle because I was afraid that someone would come from behind and hit us. There were two vehicles helping a third vehicle get out of the same snow drift heading the other direction. After they tried and
couldn't get us out, we sat in one of the
gentleman's pick-ups in a safer location. After about an hour, he took me,
Kingzlee, and the dogs to
Kenesaw to the
Manthei household. They gave
Kingzlee snacks, the dogs water and toys and me wine!!! Justin remained with his pick-up for another 3 hours while a huge snow plow got stuck then another one finally arrived and pulled Justin out. He picked us up in
Kenesaw and we drove home, this was the view on Hwy 6, it was not pretty at all. We are just thankful for everyone who helped us and that we made it home safely-6 hours after we left
Gothenburg!!! It was a Christmas we will never forget!

Here is
Kingzlee at the
Manthei's home modeling Jillian's Christmas gifts...

And another vest!

Jilly and
Kingz looking out the window at the huge drifts!

Testing out her new slide.....

If you get tired, just sprawl out on your belly to open gifts!

'Looking' at Grandma
Shar's Christmas tree

Our family on Christmas Eve!

She LOVES her uncle Bruce!!! Her Aunt Kristi is
ok too, but she
doesn't get hugs like Uncle Bruce does!!!!

She loves her cousin Travis too!

Kristi and Bruce came to our house on Sunday, the 20
th, here she is checking out the new house guests the next morning-not sure what to think! In the end, she decided they were
ok!

The 21st was Justin's birthday. It was 2 years ago on the 21st that we
received the call from Dr
Maclin that we were pregnant!!! We cant believe how blessed we are to have this little miracle in our lives, she makes us laugh and brings joy to our lives every day!

On Sunday, the 20
th, we went to
Lochland to see Santa and for the Christmas brunch. Here we are with Justin's family

Waving for the Christmas photo with Grandma and Grandpa!

Looking at her new 'computer' with
Baba
She DID NOT like Santa at first but in the end decided he was
ok
"GET ME OFF HIS LAP MOMMY!!!!!"

Having a very important conversation about Santa with Jarret

Doing her favorite thing at home-eating cereal on the floor with the dogs!

All bundled up in her snowsuit to go in the tractor (
vrrm vrrrm) with Dada! It is amazing how many words she has learned-there several new words coming out of her mouth daily!
