January

Kingzlee, the cowgirl chef!

Trying out her new saddle!

This was a great January day for me, I was able to run for the first time in 10 months and ride horse!

We baptized the babies on January 15th. It was a scary weekend as Justin's Mom had a stroke on the day before and had to be flown to Omaha. My family was already in Hastings so Justin went down to Omaha then came back the morning of the baptism. Thankfully, she made a full recovery but we were sad that she and Jack were not there for the baptism. Above is a photo with the babies sponsors and below is with the family who was in attendance.

Our new friends, Trina Johnsten, her brother, and husband, Dennis Trotter joined us for the baptism and lunch afterward.

Kruzann earned the nickname "Kruzzy Ruzzy" that weekend by her "Aunt" Sue and it has stuck ever since!

The members of the church gave the babies and Kingzlee gifts. Here is Kingzlee showing off her loot-she was sure everything was for her.

Kruzzy is growing wide, much faster than her brother and showing him who is boss!

The babies at their two month checks. Stuhrling weighed 9 lbs 14 oz and Kruzann weighed 9 lbs 5 oz but was an inch shorter (20")!!!

Kingz and I went to Grand Island one weekend day to get out of the house. She was a helpful little girl that morning so her Dad gave her some money to spend. She chose make up and here she is showing  it off!

Pure LOVE

Kruzann looks a lot like her big sister in this photo!

I was so excited to finally get some smiles!
