Trip to Vegas, etc

Too many people on our trip to Vegas called Kingzlee a boy, so I decided to glam her up a bit! :-)
"Seriously Mom, this flower is as big as my head!!!"

Sunday, we went to brunch with Justin's family, here is Kingzlee with her great grandparents.

Loves her Daddy!
She doesnt really like her sippy cup-water is just not as good as Mommy's milk!
Her face tells us what she thinks!
Her bib that Julie Parker gave her-Kingzlee has to test it out to see how it tastes!
"What does KOM mean, Mommy?"
Sporting the new bib!
On the airplane on the way home from Vegas!
Kingzlee and I went with Tiffany to Vegas to check out a big clothing/accessory wholesale show (MAGIC). Here she is with Tiffany by the slots. Kingzlee didn't gamble (neither did Mommy).
Loves her toes still!
Breaking her in good with a trip to Barneys! Ok, maybe we took about 3 trips to Barneys in the time we were in Vegas!
Kingzlee on the strip, thrilled as you can see!

Valentines Day, etc

Sunday was my birthday so we met my family in GI for lunch then went to the horse races with Kristin and Rodney and my cousin's family. The last race was a long shot named Ali's Golden Smile. Rodney bet on the horse since its name was Ali and it was my bday-the horse won!!! And Rodney won $520!!! What a great way to end the day-I just wish Justin would have bet on the horse!!! Here is Kingzlee with the winning ticket, doesn't she look thrilled???

Kingzlee had a great time at lunch in her portable high chair, it is the first time we had put her in it and she was kicking so much, the whole table was shaking most of lunch. Then she had a major blow out, soiled her clothes and the high chair, we had a mess!!!!

Grandma Shar gave Kingzlee a bear for Valentine's Day and she loved attacking it with her mouth!

Loves her bear!

Milestones!

This week, Kingzlee learned how to sit up on her own and she started solids!!! Big week!!!
She loved watching Grink Gronk as he talked to her
Sitting up playing with her toys
Here she is eating sweet potatoes that I made for her-no canned baby food for our Kingzlee!!!
Can I just lift up the bowl and slurp??
I will help Daddy!!!
Yum!
My finger is just as tasty!!
Saturday was a beautiful day so we took a walk with the dogs, only in Nebraska would 'taking a walk' mean going through a bean field and having longhorns staring at you!!!
