2011

Well, 2011 has not started out ideal in many ways....for one, our 13 year old dog, Cinch has been sick on and off-here is Kingzlee with Cinch before we took Cinch to the vet in what, we thought, would be the last time. She pulled through but has been kind of up and down since. Animals-they bring so much joy but so much heartache when they leave us!

Kingzlee is always interested in Justin's long johns so he bought her a pair at Cabelas-she was very excited!

He also bought Cinch a new dog bed but I think Kingzlee is the only one who has used it!

Kingz and Daddy reading in bed on a Saturday morning!

she loves her books!

Concho has panic attacks whenever Cinch is at the vet-he does not know how to act or think without Cinch telling him what to do! He has been getting extra love from Kingzlee!

Trying out her new sled...

And the old one (notice the donkeys in the background)....

Too much snow kept coming in the sled so the sledding came to an end but then.....

She heard the neighbors on their 4 wheelers so wanted to get her 4 wheeler out!

NYE

We enjoyed New Years Eve with my birthday club-the kids did a gift exchange..

Watching out the window as the older kids lit off fireworks

Snuggling with Kate by the fire

Dancing with Claire-she was well entertained all night!

Play group Christmas Celebration

We had lunch and a gift exchange with our little play group at Lochland

Friends!

Double fisting the ice cream!

Deanna was at Lochland too so we were able to spend a little time with her!

Christmas Day!

Showing off her apron that my talented friend Melissa made her-it is just like Mommy's so now she can 'help' me cook!

After opening gifts at home, we headed to Gothenburg to be with my family-here is Jacy helping her with her stocking

She was excited about her sled and we have been able to use it some this winter!

Cousin Cody playing with her in her new tent

Very serious about opening gifts!

Our family on Christmas Day

Blowing out the candle after we sang Happy Birthday to Jesus!
We spent the night in Gothenburg on Christmas night and had lunch before we headed back to Hastings. Here, Kingzlee was helping Uncle Mark fix the table!

Christmas Eve!

At the end of Christmas Eve festivities-putting out a cookie, milk, and a note for Santa

Justin's family on Christmas Eve

Passing out gifts!

Her new sleeping bag that Baba gave her with her name on it-she loves it and sleeps in it in her pack and play now whenever we travel!

Another doll for her collection! Good thing others give her dolls since Mommy prefers to buy her horses, donkeys, and such! ha

She knew there was a rocking horse under there before she even uncovered it so she climbed on!

The rocking horse!

Justin's parents and their friends always have a cocktail party on Christmas Eve. So we were there between church and opening gifts. Kingz had a big time running around with Addyson playing with the balloons! She also found the tray with the sweets!

Santa Brunch & Justin's Birthday

With Justin's family after celebrating his birthday on December 21st.

Daddy and Kingzlee enjoying birthday dessert!

The day after we returned from Vegas, we attended the Santa Brunch at Lochland. Here is Kingzlee posing with the Oschner girls.

She was so excited to see all of her friends after being in Vegas for so long!

And.....this was her first thought of Santa!!!

She liked him much better after he gave her a gift!

Mommy was able to talk her into giving him five and telling him what she wanted for Christmas. She also thanked him for putting up lights at our house while we were gone-that was so nice of him especially during his busy time!
